I first got into listening to podcasts when I was training for the NYC Marathon. I listened to podcasts during my training because there were times when music wasn’t enough, and I really needed a bit more to keep my brain occupied.
Listening to podcasts also became a crucial piece of my commute each day. Podcasts are a great way to get a good laugh, educate myself on the latest happenings in the fitness world, learn more from other entrepreneurs, or stay up to date on the social justice issues in our country.
I know commuting is a thing of the past for many of us right now, but I have been making more of an effort to put my phone down, turn off the TV, and listen to a podcast while I clean the house, make dinner, and sometimes while I’m working out even if I’m not going for a run. I have compiled a list of some of my favorite podcasts to listen to for those of you who also need a much-needed break or just want a little inspo.

These are just a few of the podcasts that help me get through this unprecedented time. As you can see, I like a little bit of everything! I am always looking for ways to grow & educate myself, and I have found podcasts as the perfect way to do that with my busy schedule.
